As her name would suggest, Serena is very beautiful. She, though living in The Capitol, doesn't do cosmetic surgery much. She prefers her natural blonde hair, blue eyes, flushed cheeks, and pink lips. She is obsessed with her weight and appearance, often wearing over-the-top clothing that even some stylists the Games would find amusing. She is a respectable height of 5'6", though no one ever sees her at that height. She maintains the rule that the higher the heel, the better.

Personality:

Serena makes friends easily and is very charismatic. When sober, that is. She spends most of her time partying, and prides herself in being invited to them. When The Games are on she always Sponsors the strongest, most handsome male tribute. If she is sober she spends her time shopping or designing new, outrageous outfits to wear.

History:

Serena had a charmed childhood. Her parents, being elite socialists, often brought her along to parties for people to admire. Even at a young age, she never had cosmetic surgery. There was something about that just didn't feel right to her. She got along well with her parents, for the most part. When she was sixteen, her parents got a divorce. Soon after she began to party. And drink. And party some more. She currently resides with her father, who is too caught up in his social status and his new girlfriend to care much what she does. She has not seen her mother in two years.
