Kingston is a great guy. It's difficult to get him made and he's always happy.
He enjoys nature and wouldn't hurt anything, unless it was required. He enjoys gardening in his backyard in the Capitol.
He enjoys playing Base-ball with his son.
Kingston isn't a Jabberjay but he does enjoy conversation.
Kingston enjoys the Hunger Games to a point. When things start to get extremely bloody and Gorey, he looks away.
It's hard to make Kingston angry but there's one thing that does make him angry. People who relish in death and will kill anything to feed that hunger.
Kingston is a born leader. He has been like that since he was a child.

History:

Kingston had a pretty good life. He was born to a well off family as an only child. By the age of 10, he had become enthralled by sports, all the while keeping his grades up. When he graduated to High-school at age 14, he joined most of the High-schools sports teams. When he finished high-school he moved on to the local university, where he spent 5 years studying and training to become a Peacekeeper. He finished university and enlisted in the military as a peacekeeper. He slowly worked his way up Corporal. Now, he and his partner travel across Panem, dealing with various situations.
