• Sebastian is only 5'5 and weighs only about 115lbs
• He has dark brown hair and lovely warm brown eyes
• His skin is very pasty white with moles scattered throughout its surface
• He has two very large scars on the palms of his hands from where he fell on glass as a child.
• He has little to no muscle 
• He is the youngest in his family and only had one other sibling.
• His sibling was Emery Willton, District Twelves very own female tribute for the 68th Hunger Games
• The moment his sister died Sebastian tried to commit suicide but his parents stopped him.
• Needless to say his sister and him were very close
• His sister was a masterful painter but he was a master magician always doing tricks with cards his dad gave him when he was littler.
• Sebastian is also a very sensitive person overall and takes everything people say about him very deeply.
• Sebastian is also highly spiritual/religious believing Ripred is the highest supreme power and watches over everyone
• Also he is the biggest passivest you will ever meet. Any form of violence sends him running away. 
• Sebastian just as Emery was confined to their house by their parents but unlike Emery never dared escape.
• Another thing is that Sebastian enjoys the all the little things in life and never takes things for granted. He loves the trees and the birds and believes he is blessed to simply be alive. This of course makes him very mature for his age.
• An important thing about him too is that he believed he would never be reaped because of his parents "promises". Yet after Emery was reaped he finally realized the actually truth.
• Lastly Sebastian hasn't had any contact with kids his own age besides Emery but for some reason he feels more attracted to the boys that walk past his house everyday
