Appearance:
Albus wears colorful clothing that he hopes makes him stand out. His favourite suit is a light purple suit with a green bow tie. He wears white gloves over his hands and high cut red boots decorated with feathers.On special occasions like the hunger games he wears a top hat with a small topaz gem in it. He also when wearing his white top hat wears steampunk goggles with tinted green lenses.

His purple eyes shine with an unnatural light that seems to have come from sort of implant. His tan colored skin is smooth and soft to touch. He is considered "obese" by some and is short compared to the rest of the capital. His feet are a size 10 men's in this modern day. His neck is short only a couple inches long and when he is angry you can see his blood vessels bulge. He has two long bushy eyebrows that sometimes cover up his eyes when he pursues them.



Personality:

Albus is fun loving and party antic. Albus attends every party that the capital has that he is invited to. Always looking for some party or organizing one himself he likes to think of himself as a party expert. Albus is almost always happy and when he is sad you can tell, his small hands close into fists and his blood vessels bulge. When parting he wears his top hat and goggles and dyes his eyebrows a rainbow selection of colors.

Albus has a deep love for cheese and also considers himself a cheese expert. This deep love for cheese seems to come from nowhere. Both his parents were lactose intolerant, luckily Albus didn't have this gene. As "cheese expert" Albus has a cellar for cheeses, a cheese bible and a kitchen with his own personal cheese crafters. Many say he is obese due to his cheese addiction but that would be a lie. He is obese due to the fact that he was born obese, no other explanation.

Albus is quite flirtatious. Albus will literally flirt with every single girl he meets. He is terrible at flirting, but he considers himself an expert of the craft. If he sees a girl walking in the street he will try to pick her up. It usually doesn't work but he just tells himself that he is to amazing for them.

Albus barely ever thinks badly about himself and he considers himself a pro of everything he does. Although this isn't bad it also isn't good, if he makes a mistake at anything he does he blames it on the thing he is doing and rage quits. Albus likes everything he is good at and any thing he is bad at he boycotts. If someone is better at something then him he usally acts like a big baby and seeks revenge on him/her and their blood line. He is quite the big baby when it comes to things he is good and and thinks he isn't.

History:

As a young lad his parents were control freaks they either had to control Albus's life or he would be punished severely. They had to know where Albus was, what he was doing and why he was doing what he was doing. His parents were such control freaks they implanted a chip in his wrist much like the one they put in tributes so they always knew where he was at all times. His parents decided his friends, his entertainment, his clothing and his meals, the weird part is they did this even after he moved out. This lasted until he was 14 after that age he got a restraining order from them.

When Albus turned 15 he bought his own house, yes he was young but he was sick and tired of his parents. His house was a small flat with a roof garden, he liked the house but it was a bit too small for his eccentric attitude. Until he was 20 he still lived in the small flat. Up until he was 20 years old his life was pretty uneventful, the hunger games went by, a new trend came for 4 years to him.

When he became 20 years old he moved from a flat to a 3 story tall house. That year his parents passed away in their sleep, of course Albus didn't care, the same night he had a party to celebrate their passing. When Albus became 21 his parents will has finally recovered from their old grimy house and every signal one of their positions was given to Albus. He sold their house and their car but he kept his grandfather's peacekeeper bayonet. When Albus turned thirty he begun a collection of cheeses. When Albus turned 33 he had a full cellar of cheese and had written three books on how to have a proper party.
