It's only been what, four years?

So I was talking to one of my friends and cringing over our 'omg I'm so random haha spork xD' phases (which thankfully coincided or we'd probably hate each other) and I was saying something like "yeah, there was this really cool RP website I used to go on-- I wonder what its doing now?"

So I'm here. Hi. Its only been like four years, right? I'm kinda curious who's still on here if I knew them before-- though frankly I was a 7th grader and I don't blame anyone for never wanting to talk to me again after that-- and get back into this. It may also be partly to do with a rereading of the series following a movie marathon culminating in Mockingjay part 1. Although my keyboard is broken right now, I'm totally going to be around later this week and more come spring break. Until then this is just a message saying hi before I forget to do it!

I've been RPing a little over the last couple of years, but not as much as I used to and most of my writing has gone to fanfiction (oops). While it's truly wonderful to write, I'm never as motivated to do as RPing. Plus the community here was so much fun that I'd love to get back into it and talk to people again. I was around back in 2011, for the 57th through 60th games I think? I may actually dig up some old characters and update them to less painful to reqd writing later, who knows?

Tis me, Kay! OMG! I cannot believe you're back! Wow, just got so many flashes of Verronica. Whew, blast from the past. I'm so glad you decided to rejoin us. How are things? How's HS treating you?

Do you think you'll resurrect your characters? So much has happened!

Wow, hi! It's so great to see you, man I can't believe you're here either. Christ, you were newly appointed staff when I left, look at you now! I feel like I've gotten hit by a wave of pure nostalgia, honestly. This website took up so much of my free time (in a good way of course) and I learned so much about the basics of writing here that it's really cool coming back to it.

Things are going pretty well these days for me. We moved to the middle of nowhere (read: Madagascar) this year-- and moving in the middle of high school generally sucks, but it's been a while and I'm settling in pretty well. I'm getting hit by the "oh lord I have midterms for my APs and I haven't studied at all" train this week, but with a little bit of quality time with my textbooks all should be well. What about you? What's been happening for the last few years?

I'm not sure about resurrection because, as you said, a lot has happened x.x so any past my characters had with other characters would have to be erased and I'd have to start over with a lot of it x.x. Plus, I like to think that a few years of writing (and an actually finished nano this year woah) later I'd be able to be able to create more nuanced characters than I could in elementary school. Who knows. Either way most things are on hold until I fix my bloody keyboard.

Haha yes! And I've loved being staff every moment since. A lot has changed, but not everything. I mean Mace is still alive and well in District Ten mostly.

Whoa that is the middle of nowhere... but how cool! And beautiful! Sounds like high school is high school tbh. Always too much work.

Life for me is very good. I was newly married around the time you left, still married, now with two doggies. I'm writing and editing lots and still RPing especially when there are blitz events lol and uhm, yep. Not too many changes here.

I really feel like we could make something work for the resurrected chars. Totally understand about the keyboard, but like, yeah. Would be great backstory, but I might be a little biased. New chars are love, too!
