Clock Tower, Day 4

On Day 4, the bell in the Clock Tower will be much louder than normal. So loud, in fact, that any tributes in this location will lose their hearing for the rest of the day, and the day after that. Until they heal, tributes who are affected by the noise cannot use stealth, because they won’t be able to tell how loud they are as they move around the Arena.
