I actually did it. I won a fight fairly quickly and easily, without really taking much damage at all. This is great... This is perfect. I stand still for a few seconds, listening to all of the cheering coming from all around the octagon. I hear my friends cheering the loudest of everyone there. I still kind of blame them for bringing me to this place for a "fun night." It's alright though. I didn't get hurt too bad and it's over now right? Apparently not... When I get out of the closed off, 8-sided shape I start hearing everyone around me, asking if I was ready for the next fight. There's more than 1 fight? That is news to me... I get a small respite before I am once again being ushered towards and into the fighting room again.
Who am I fighting this time...? I turn to face my new opponent and it is another boy. I doubt my innocent face will do anything this time, as he knows I won my last fight. It's not like I did that much to win, but now he'll view me as a bigger "threat" because I took someone down. I guess feigning innocence is still a thing that could happen. Maybe he'll feel bad for me. "Hello there." I say quietly, just loud enough for him to hear me. "I don't really know how I won the last fight... I think I was just lucky. Could you please go easier on me?" I ask.
I highly doubt that he will go easier on me just because I asked, and it's probably too much to hope for that he is still tired from his last fight and will therefore be weaker than I am, as he probably got a small respite as well. I have to get the first attack in. I believe that being in the attacking position first, rather than defending first will be crucial in victory. I quickly move in, using my small and agile body, built for speed so that I am close enough to punch him. I throw an uppercut towards him, my fist vertical to his head. I'm hoping that the tip of my knuckles hit his jaw or something, similar to what I did to Cole.
"It's your turn now!" I utter, grinning at him, knowing that everyone will love it. I hope I don't piss him off too much, although annoying someone like this is quite fun...
