The 49 Faces of Sin
Within District Seven a plague is spreading. Children are abandoning the virtues of their parents in favour of sin. Seven gangs have formed, each containing Seven members. Forty-nine children roam the streets, inking the District with their black deeds.

Greed...

Gluttony...

Wrath...

Sloth...

Envy...

Lust...

Pride...

No one knows how to stop these gangs and stop the spreading of fantastical rumors about them. As time passes, more children are becoming enraptured in the idea that they, too, might become one of the ranks.

Character Wanted: Envious Envy
Idea for character: What's your's is mine and what mine is not your's has never been more truly spoke for this secretive serpent. Every since she was a young girl she has wanted everything she couldn't have. Dare a train or toy fall into the clutches of another child it was all out war. Pain was only a minuscule worry for her as getting what she thirsted for from someone else was always worth the cost. Money, jewels , power, you have it she wants and will do whatever it takes to get it. At the age of fourteen her parents dared to try and keep her from stealing a necklace from her own sister in the middle of the night, that night was the moment her house and her past burnt away in flames. Some refer to her as a heretic and other's refer to her as one of the most dangerous villains shifting through the shadows of District Seven. For her she is nothing more than an ambitious girl filled with desire to have whatever she and her new rising army of evil envy crave. Then above all for only being eighteen she is one hell of a force to be dealt with.

Existing character name and bio: Helen Summit
Ideas: Even with death, Helen has grown envious over somebody without a life. Ever since the death of her cousin in the 70th games, all attention has turned onto her. All her family's celebrations on a dead body. Everyone surrounding her is consumed by such a ridiculous thing and Helen is jealous. All the attention should be on her, the alive girl, the most important girl. But it seems one of the richest families in District 7 is falling a part because of a stupid girl's death. Helen want's to make a change to this but it is easier said than done. Having no deep drive in life, Helen lacks a lot of motivation and tends to spend her days in her room. For awhile she has been nicknamed the slob of the family as she is incapable of doing anything. But will joining this gang drive her jealousy forwards and fight the laziness inside of her? Or will she be stuck in her slow envious world forever?

- Counts the women and men he sleeps with by carving a single, solitary line into the side of his forearm

- Raised in a good home with his mother, father, and younger sister, all of whom hear about the gang rumours, but would never expect him to to take part. He's been too good for the majourity of his life, and he'll do anything to continue his actions without his parents finding out. 

- Tired of being someone who's good, turned 'corrupt' by the regularity of innocence. It was interesting to him, the idea of straying from the good path, and if it meant that his life got a little more zest, then he would do it. After a while, it just became clockwork. 

- Quite interested in old world literature, and will, on occasion, quote it. Sometimes, he'll even spend hours reading, and if he can find someone who enjoys the same tastes, they become all-the-more appealing, 

- If something remains normal, or without change for a long enough period, it unnerves him and he does everything in his power to change it. That's the whole thing that he was trying to escape with joining, after all, and if it follows him even here, then that's a problem.

- Never good with friends, and if she does acquire them, she goes to extents to make sure that in her eyes, at least, they're less successful. After all, she wants to be the best- she has to be the best- or else she'll never get to the top.

- Sometimes, she'll volunteer to watch her brother until her parents get home from work. When she does, she'll often whisper to him about how he'll never be as good as she is, and that he'll never make their parents proud like she does, in hopes that it'll ultimately affect his growth. It's extremely annoying to her, the attention he gets for absolutely nothing, when she's definitely the ideal child already.

- When she heard the rumours of gangs breaking out from the kids at school, she absolutely knew that she had to somehow become a part of them. She would do anything- violence included- to be seen as worthy, and since these kids valued the groups oh-so-highly, obviously she would get the same treatment, wouldn't she?

-Moonlights at night, steals wallets in the morning and gets the fuck out of dodge

-No family to speak of, raised as a ward of the district most of her life, never had true stability, flaunts herself everywhere to get attention

-Male

-Big, burly, bearded lumberjack, sick of never getting paid as much as the next guy, feels like he needs to make more, more, always more

-Cares about his family, has a few brothers and sisters he helps look after, oldest at 18 out of five or sixish

-Tendancy to get really angry and black out from rage, needs some serious anger management; is kind of the 'Muscle' behind the Pride gang

-Really soft and sweet at first, as long as he doesn't take offense

-Has been manipulated and controlled all of his life by his little brother so thinks joining this gang will help free him from his grip.
-Wishes to have a better life that what he lives by and envys those with more money
-Dislikes the trade in Seven and wishes to be in another District.
-Inside of him lies a boiling pit of anger that shows its face when the switch on the kettle is pressed (when people grind his gears)
-Always says yes to everything which can be a trigger for his frustration as he wishes he didn't
-Would probably be the bitch of the wrath gang as he licks butts
-Would do anything to change his life.

Position Wanted: Greedy Pride


- (Past) Damion spent his early life under the pressure of having to be successful in school. His parents would always bug him about doing his school work and making good grades to the extent of actually watching and making sure he did his homework. Because of this stress, Damion decided to skip class with some of his friends and go exploring. This went on for weeks before he was caught and punished by his parents.


- (Past) In his later years, he decided to take the path of thievery, under the pressure of his friends, of course. Even though their families had a decent amount of food, they wanted more. Damion and his friends would steal food from the local and district markets and share it among themselves. They got to the point where they had so much stolen food that they had to store and hide most of it to avoid suspicion. Damion's path of thievery ended abruptly when he was caught. His punishment was an agonizing whipping. After that, he was kept under close watch for the following months, thus ending his career of thievery temporarily.


- (Present) Damion, in want of something to do, found out about this gang and decided to join it in hopes of gaining as much wealth and food as possible. He hopes to one day live a nice wealthy life with a family of his own and will do anything to achieve this.


- (Present) He is a hard worker during daylight and a mischievous thief throughout the night. He works ambitiously as a lumber worker with his father, but somehow makes most of his profit by stealing. Goes to show the horrible salary of District 7 workers.

ideas: I have an idea about a girl who has literally slept her way to the top of social circles and even become the leader of a gang because of it. She knows exactly what people want and doesn't mind giving it to them because, in the end, what she wants is way more substantial and, in her eyes, totally worth losing a little pride.

She would be someone who isn't interested in long-term relationships, someone who much prefers simple flings. As soon as it isn't fun anymore, she cuts the tie and moves on.

But outside of the fun and the games, she has a voice that she strongly believes needs to be heard. She has things to say. And being raised in a family where having a voice was never an option, she found other ways to speak. Really, at the end of the day, she is not proud of what she does. She is fully aware that to most people she is nothing more than an easy way to relieve some stress. Perhaps the reason she cuts off ties so quickly, in complete honesty, is because she knows it is the others who would become bored with her first, and her heart is already so broken and damaged that she would rather put another crack in it herself than allow someone else to do it.

She is often bitter and sometimes abuses her power as leader. But she does care a great deal for the others and should anyone else attempt to mess with them, she won't hesitate to get even. not because of rage, but because of the need to make sure the whole of District Seven knows that her gang is just as serious, just as dangerous, and just as wild as the others. Her gang is her family at the end of the day, and they have given her a voice. She has what she has always wanted and she won't ever let it go.
