Petros Miller
District: Originally D3, now the Capitol as an Avox
Age: 16
Appearance
Petros is thin and pale, the result of too much time indoors
He is pleasing enough to look at, but not especially handsome.
He often looks distracted, like he’s thinking about something else.
Personality - Prior to arrest
Petros is very smart, and he knows it. His memory is phenomenally good, and he has almost total recall of anything he reads or hears.
He thinks his plans are better than other people’s.
His focus is on the big picture, and he likes to assign importance to things, so he can judge their worth in the grand scheme of things

History
Petros’s were fairly well off.
One day he came home to find that his parents, brother and sisters had murdered.
He reported it to the peacekeepers and was told that his parents had been supplying information to the rebellion.
Spent some months secretly investigating.
Learned that one PK had given in a report that his parents were spies, and ordered a raid on the house. He worked out how to get close enough to this peacekeeper to use a homemade explosive on him and kill him. He had expected that the blast would kill him as well, but he was only minimally injured.
When they came to arrest him, Petros surrendered, knowing that he is not a fighter, and he would only be killed too.
He was made into an Avox and sent to the Capitol. He has decided to try to find out as much as he can while he is there, and try to find a way to get any relevant info to the rebellion.
