-Scars are littered all over his body from times he's been injured

-T-shirts and jeans are his go to outfit
-His feet are rather large.
-Dirt tends to get all over him from stumbling around in the woods

Personality:

-He's super nice to all wanderers and regular district people
-Brave at all times and tries to do his best to survive in the wilderness
-He wants to travel everywhere that he can
-Survival smart and can survive in the wilderness
-Heroic to a fault, He'll help anyone that is needing help
-Believes that anyone can change the world, even a small wanderer like himself
-He doesn't really like to work alone, but tends to have to since he's a wanderer on his own
-Loves to cook and visit many different places.
-Suspicious of people who are wandering around at first, until he can deduce that they are not a peacekeeper

History:

-Born into District 11
-Parents died around the time he was 16
-When he was younger, he loved learning about all of the districts and how they were like
-He learned from his parents how to thrive off of the land because the family was poor and wanted their boy to be prepared for anything
-Cooking became his favorite thing to do and he'd make meals for his parents when he became 12.
-At the age of 18, he learned that no one can leave the districts to other districts without getting in trouble.
-He left at the age of 18 and wandered around the woods aimlessly.
-The scars come from multitudes of animals attacking him that he killed in the end
-By 20, Victor had mastered how to live off the land and loved doing it.
