slightly built, Bout 5 foot 4 or something, willowy, short scarlet hair (it used to be long and gorgeous but she cut it and sold it to make money), Roundish face with a pointed chin, turquoise eyes with golden-green flecks, a little freckly around the nose.
Pale skinned, talks normally quiet but can yell very loudly when neccesary.Wiry and agile. Very flexible. Strong.Perfect posture. Typically dresses in slacks and button down shirts, in muted colors like gray, cream, and occasionally black. The only jewelry she wears is a silver bangle engraved with cherry blossoms, because its pretty and she found it in a double- bottomed chest in her room, making it her own.

Personality:

shy, formal, quiet, intelligent, brisk, tries to hide emotions. Has never cried. Ever.And is very proud of that. Good luck trying to make Selista laugh. Actually, don't because she will get angry and you will wake up with a very dangerous contraption staring you in the face. She is quite malevolent that way. And she can do it all with out saying a word.
She really loves her home and thinks district 3 is the best place in the world, and doesn't want to be chosen to participate in the hunger games because she'll miss it.Not like she'll tell anyone... Even her mom knows scarcely anything about her.

History:

Grew up in district 3, straight a student, has both parents (who don't care about her)and a sister named Tassia who is 8 and depends on her older sister alot. Can scale the sides of buildings up to 5 stories high, because of the apartment buildings in her district. Taught herself gymnastics when she was younger.
Few friends, but respected because her Father is a high position engineer ( high position doesnt always mean wealthy, by the way). Her mother is too absorbed in Tassia to notice Selista much.
Selista likes to record every aspect of her life in a secret notebook. She also uses the notebook to make diagrams of her inventions. Has a knack for building fireworks and sparklers out of electric batteries. She can make grenades too.

Haha she IS awesome. However, before I can accept her, could you please add more information to the appearance, personality, and history? A longer paragraph would be nice for each. Also, you're missing just one letter from the codeword. Fix those things, and then I will accept.
