Day 3 Anthem

A gentle mist blankets the wetlands, glowing an eerie silver color as the moonlight casts every tree’s shadow across the swamp. The warm puddles of water seem to stand still as the anthem plays ahead, broadcast over a clear night despite the day’s earlier storms. You see two names block out the stars.

There's still 19 people in the arena, 18 of which you find in the sky if you are ever to see home again. As the third face finally fades from view, the anthem blacks out, and you are left with the sound of crickets and the distant buzzing of mosquitos.
