Appearance: Meyer is tall, 6'0 exactly, and built strong. He's not thin or thick, but really muscled. Sometimes his friends call him "Leopard" because he's extremely fast and quiet when he runs. He's extremely dark, both from working in the sun and just his heritage. His face is thin, with a strong jaw and almond eyes. His eyebrows are bushy. His nose is crooked from the time a goat head butted him, which also resulted in a thin white scare going straight down his bottom lip. His hair is long-ish and black. He can wear it in a ponytail, when he works. He doesnt have much more than peachfuzz, except its a little darker on his upper lip. His family doesnt really grow a lot of facial hair, so he probably never will. His eyes are dark brown.

Personality: He's rather bull headed, which make sense because he's in charge of the bulls on his farm. He's stubborn and clever, but not especially book smart. He doesnt read very well and he is really bad at math, but he's good with people and he's definitly not stupid. He knows how to slaughter animals with a small variety of farm equipment, but he doesnt like to. He really likes the animals, but once in a while he's had to put an overly aggresive or sick animal down. Mostly he just has to load them onto the slaughterhouse trucks and drive them there. The few animals his family keeps to eat themselves, he learned to skin and cook them, and use every part so nothing was wasted. His mother also passed down how to use different plants and spices, from her ancestors. She tells him stories about before panem, how ancestors came from another place, a long way away. It doesnt exist anymore, but Meyer likes to daydream of visiting it, wonder what it was like.  He wishes they taught about places like this in history, but all they teach is about the war and panem. 
He mostly keeps to himself, but he has his share of friends and admirers at school. His girlfriends name is Lilla, they met in school, and were friends for a long time before they started dating. He really likes her, and plans on marrying her when theyre old enough. 

History: Meyer was born to Jaya and Barric Fallows, the eldest of 3. He has two sisters, Reighley and Krista. They have a relaitivly nice farm, not big or little. His first job on the farm was feeding the chickens, when he was 2. He binded with the newborn chicks and sobbed when he found out they had to be killed. He moved on to milking cows and helping birth baby cows and goats. They had four goats, two male and two female, from which they sold milk and cheese. One of the mother goats didnt make it through labor, and he began taking care of the baby. He bottle fed it and kept it clean and named it Sir. Sir is kinda old now but has had a few babies, all of which are taken special care of by Meyer, but his favorite will always be Sir.
His father taught him how to take care of the cows and bulls too. They only ever had one or two bulls at a time, because they fought each other for the cows. They took care of milk cows and meat cows, and he learned to brush them (or else they would scratch themselves against things that might be dangerous and give them infections). At 14 his father put him in charge of the bulls (because he was getting too old).  They didnt require too much work but they had to be watched and kept orderly. He once had to remove a bull from a broken bit of fence, which he had slammed his head through trying to charge someone outside the fence. Meyer got a bloody cut on his arm from that.
When he was younger some of the other kids bullied him for being darker than them, and being kinda tiny. But he hit a growth spurt and they guys are pretty much scare of him and the girls think he's hot.
He's had a pretty good life, altogether. He loves his family, even though his sisters are annoying sometimes. He's been pretty well fed, except a couple of winters when food was scarse from 11 and they didnt have meat.
