Lalita has auburn hair that comes down just below her shoulder's. Her eye's change color but are usually a yellow gold color. She's 5'5 and has a light tan. She's really skinny but only because she works out constantly.
She hates cosmetics and refuses to wear them even at work. Her work outfit is usually a black miniskirt (that she despises) and a matching tight tank top.
When she's not at work she wears what ever she feels like. Her ears are pierced in three places on her right ear and two on her left. She always wears a silver locket that was given to her by her friend before she was murdered.

Personality:

Lalita is sharp witted and very secretive. All her words have double meanings and she never gives away her true feelings. She can sit there smiling and flirting with you and inside her head imagine stabbing you. When you get to know her (and she actually lies you) she's very nice and thoughtful. She's also protective, very protective! She knows lots of people who can get murder done easily and swiftly.

History:

Lalita started to take karate lessons ever since she was 5. She took them so that she could protect herself and any one else if she was ever found a need to. Her mother and father both died in a mysterious murder when she was 12. She was taken in by her Aunt who kicked her out when she turned 16. She's been living by herself ever since.
When she turned 17 her friend was murdered for trying to join the Uprising. Right before she was killed she gave the locket to Lalita that she now wears constantly.
After her friends death she couldn't find a job because everyone turned her away saying she was too depressed. After a week of lying in her small apartment staring at the ceiling she realized that her friend wouldn't want her throwing away her life like this. She started again fresh but could only find work at the Casinos.
She spent a week of teaching herself how to deal perfectly and reading all the books she could about poker and other Casino games. When she applied for the job they hired her instantly because she was one of the best dealer they had ever seen.
She started her job soon after and found that the men she had to deal with were more than she wanted.
Over the years shes grown a hate for the Capitol starting with her friends death. Every night at the Casino she gathers what information she can from the drunken men and woman who she spends eight hours a night with and slowly peices it togother.

I'm a little hesitant to accept this one, especially for the slitting people's throats with playing cards bit. Myth Busters proved that it's completely impossible. You can give people bad papercuts if you launch them at about 100mph, but that's only through the epidermis and dermis- doesn't even go through all the layers of the skin.
