Ziva stays on a constant and strict diet, worried that her diminutive height could cause her to become very round. As it is, she is barely 100 lbs. and only 4'11. Her eyes are currently a luminous violet, but she changes them constantly. Her teeth are perfectly white, and her whole face seems to light up when she smiles. But none of these things are why people notice her, even in the Capitol.

Ziva's short, punky hair is it's natural color, jet black...but only at the roots. The ends of her hair are all dyed different colors. Bright ones. The colors in her hair include orange, yellow, red, purple, blue, pink, green, gold, silver, and white. Each strand is a different color, and it slowly changes from all the different shades of the colors. It makes her stand out because most people in the Capitol only dye their hair one color.

Personality:

Ziva is very exuberant, loves colors, and is very bubbly. She always has to be the center of attention, and that's why she always tries to stand out. She enjoys The Hunger Games, but hates how it's all anyone ever talks about the entire years. She generally has a very carefree and nice personality, and sometimes seems a little clueless.

That's a lie, though. Ziva's actually very ambitious. She would do almost anything to claw her way to the top. She has secret hopes of someday becoming Panem's President and canceling The Hunger Games out of her own selfish reasons.

History:

Ziva's lived in luxury her entire life, never wanting for anything. Except for parents. She's never met her biological parents, and was bounced around in foster homes until the age of sixteen, when she was able to move in wit some of her fake friends who were a couple years older. She got a job as a make-up artist for a couple years, due to her talents, but quit a year ago to get a job higher up in Panem. She thought of maybe being a stylist, but decided that it wasn't prestigious enough. Instead she got a job as President Snow's secretary, for the time being.
