Kylene is 5'4 with curly fire red hair. She always wears it either down or up in a ribbon. She has orange eyes that look like they glow in the sunlight. She is usually found wearing jeans unless her mother forces her into a skirt or dress. She has pale skin that's set of by her red hair.

Personality:

Kylene is a quiet girl but when she has something on her mind she isn’t afraid to speak what she thinks. She is very much into Capitol politics since her father is an official. She loves to sit by windows and just day dream even though her mother reprimands her daily for not being a proper lady. She loves the stars most of all and loves to draw sunsets and other scenes.

History:

When Kylene was 7 she was put through a sight she considers a horrible thing. Her Avox was beaten before her eyes. At that point she didn’t understand what the girl had done wrong and had stood up to her mother for the girl. Her mother being appalled had the Avox killed for trying to "corrupt" her daughter. Kylene was forced to watch while her friend was killed. She calls this "The turning Point." It was the time Kylene learned not every thing in the Capitol was as Happy go Lucky as her parents told her.
She has since been trying to convince her father about the rights of not only Avoxes but all of the districts. Her father shoes them away as the silly fantasies of a young girl, but Kylene is determined to make a difference.
