Appearance: Sierra is a little devil in disguise. Her neon-blond hair is curly and falls slightly past her shoulders (Although, it's usually dirty and streaked with dust from playing around, and it's a real pain to brush). Her eyes are a soft grass-green, radiating innocence. Her face is heart-shaped, a constantly shifting mask of emotions. She's short, but in an adorable way. Her pale skin is usually dirty, masking its actual color. She constantly has scratches and bruise-marks from playing around. Sierra, however, wishes she could look more menacing, and hates it when people call her cute. When she's not acting, she has a constant, malicious smirk on her face; Her eyes sharp and disdainful.
Personality: Sierra is a sassy, stubborn, arrogant little devil. She'll harass some kid, and then when adults come up to her, she'll get all teary and innocent. Everybody she meets grows to hate her, or fear her. She doesn't have many friends (Actually, not any, really. Just some people she manipulates) and is rather independent, which suits her just fine. She's mischievous, and likes playing pranks on people. She's clever and tricky, good at manipulating, and tricking people into doing things for her.
She absolutely hates boredom. Even if it would be a ton easier to just sneak in while the guards are sleeping, she'd much rather scream in their ears, "HAHAHA, catch me if you can, suckas!"; A quality that may one day cost her life. She's quite arrogant also. She's over confident, and often underestimates foes.
As a District 2 person, she's a Career. She's most skilled with the spear or the dagger, both of which she uses her District 2 medicinal knowledge to make them more lethal, by coating the edges with poisons or other toxic things.
She's a back-stabber; never trust her with a secret.
History: She grew up in a very normal environment. Her parents are skilled doctors, who are often not home, leaving Sierra to cause all sorts of mischief. She's an only child.
There's a reason she is. Her parents are extremely busy, and they didn't even want a child. Sierra was going to be aborted, but due to a strange medicinal malfunction, Sierra survived. Sierra still has mixed feelings about this, some of her inner human actually showing. She rather resents her parents, but at the same time wants them to notice her.
Other than that, she's lived a rather normal life (Other than, y'know, making other people's lives miserable)
