Clio has long dirty blond hair with different colored streaks with it. The colors she has in her depends on the clothes she's wearing at the time. Her hair usually has glitter in it that is put in almost every morning for her dances. She has red eyes that glisten with green sometimes. When she's dancing she is usually wearing... well what ever her outfit is for that dance. When she's not working she just wears dresses usually or jeans and a blouse.
She's around 5'4 and is quite skinny but just because she practices her dances for two or more hours a day. She's got a small tan but nothing that's too dark.

Personality:

Clio has a very bubbly and innocent personality. She's kind to everyone and actually can't comprehend the idea of evil or bad. She thinks the world is filled with people who skip through meadows and flowers. She is completely innocent and loves people in general. She's kind to every one and has... for lack of a better word, MANY 'Blond Moments.' She loves to make people happy and will do almost anything just to make sure someone smiles. She makes friends easily and makes quite a few enemies to but doesn't realize it.

History:

Clio was abandoned on the streets of District 1 when she was three. She should have died soon but didn't for reasons no-body knows. When she was four years old she was a taken in by a traveling circus group. The circus has permission from the Capitol to travel through the Districts and perform. They usually go to the upper districts and the Capitol but occasionally go to the lower districts.
She didn't even know her own name when they found her. They then gave her a choice of names and she picked her own.
Clio
Ever since Clio was taken in she has been taught how to dance. She had a natural talent and quickly picked up on it. She danced with such innocence that the circus owners realized they had a problem. The circus owners understood that anything could corrupt Clio's innocence and happiness, especially the Hunger Games. They decided that she couldn't know about the Hunger Games or it could destroy her. They've shielded her from all of the Showings and kept her away from all of the punishments and Peacekeepers.
Clio has stayed protected for her whole life and still has no idea that something like the Hunger Games could even exist.
She's continued with her dancing and still pertains the innocence and happiness of an oblivious four year-old. The Circus owners constantly have someone with her or near by to make sure no one can talk to her about the Hunger Games or anything that could 'corrupt' her.
