History:

Drake was born in District 3. From the day he was born he was breeded to become a warrior. Drake was raised only by his mom because his dad was killed in the Hunger Games. Once he know of his dad's death he trained hard to become a warrior. Drake lived a good childhood. He had many friends but like all Upper District kids the Hunger Games came first. Drake's mom took him out of school so he could just focus on the hunger games. When Drake turned 12 he ran away from seeking refuge wherever he could find it. AFter learning from a mysterious man about the History of the nation of Panem and how his dad was arranged to die because of his rebellios act against the capital. he knew that his goal wasnt to avenge his father and win the Hunger Games it was to avenge his father and win against the Capital and to restore North America to its original glory. Over the years he managed to stay away from the reaping and now he's too old to be in the Hunger Games.
