Appearance:
If there's one thing Glory takes pride in other than her training, it's her appearance. Her long, black, obviously pampered hair reaches down to her waist and is in immaculate condition. She often ties it back in a tight bun to keep it out of the way during training. She puts huge effort into ensuring that her heart shaped face remains blemish free and eyebrows perfectly plucked. Her dark brown eyes almost seem black.Personality:
As well as being quite pretty, Glory is also fairly tall and has a nice figure, though her figure is more due to hard work than luck in the genetic lottery. However, she doesn't tend to show her body off, preferring to wear simple tank tops with jeans or cargo pants.
Having not yet been chosen for the Hunger Games is a fact that somewhat irritates Glory, but she reasons with herself, saying that the older she is, the easier it will be. She chooses to spend quite a lot of her spare time training and working on her fitness, which pleases her parents.History:
But as enjoyable as she finds it, it's not her entire life. Glory enjoys performing, especially dancing. She has entered a few competitions and won about half of them. If there is one word to describe her, it is competitive. She is very fiercely competitive and hates the shame of losing.
Glory also hates to show her softer side. She isn't really one for heart to heart conversations. She often jokes that her twin brother Wonder should've been born a girl instead of her.
Glory's life has been unremarkable for a child of District One. Her family, while not rich, always lived comfortably. As long as she can remember, she's been training for the Hunger Games, along with her brother, Wonder. At first, his skills were noticeably superior to hers. This was not something she liked, and it caused her to put her every effort into being better than her brother. She managed this with relative ease, as Wonder never really cared who was better at what.Codeword: muttations
Ever since she was a very young child, Glory always liked to grab everyone's attention through performing. She tried acting for a while, but eventually decided that her passion was dance. It wasn't that she wasn't good at acting (on the contrary, she was and still is a good actress), but she was better at dancing and far more likely to win. And, winning being Glory's main concern in just about everything, that made the decision easy.
