Pitch is about 5 ft 4. Poverty has left him slim but he passes by. He is notable pale. Dirty blonde, unruly hair. Blue eyes.Personality:
Besides the above he also has several other features; he is missing his left arm and his right leg is confined to a brace. Factory accidents are responsible for both injuries.
Sarcastic and insulting; however he often makes himself the victim of his own dark humor, usually noting his own injuries:History:

His is good natured ultimately and his rought life has humbled him; but he is still young.
He is also incredibly intelligent; he is good with machines and is familiar with their making and function. He believes himself a brilliant strategist.
Pitch, while sour over the Capitol and Panem, ultimately fears the effects of a rebellion. Even if the Capitol fell, what would become of them all?
He prefers authority (to a degree) over anarchy.
He doesn't remember much of childhood; parentless for the most part and left to fend for himself.Codeword: muttations
To him, his parents, teacher and mentor have been the cold, unforgiving machines of the factories; their greatest lesson was that comfort is something that can not be afforded.
It cost him an arm and a leg to figure that out.
However, Pitch survives quite well; he is good with numbers and clever with his currency. He is at rationing.
Pitch has suffered many hardships; after his accident in the factory, he could no longer work and was left to the streets. For the longest time, before he was able to pick himself up and continue on, he was a victim. A victim of cirmustance; of the Capitol; of his fellow men. Cruelty has shaped his character, and amazingly from the assembly line, it is a humble one.
However, he does have a soft spot; a young friend. Nao, an 8 year old girl also left to the streets; he is defencive in matters that involve her and he is quite close to her.
Currently, Pitch survives on wits and what he earns from entering his name for the reaping...
