Appearance:

Naoko stands about 4' ft 8; she is skinny but has grown healthier recently with the help of her friend Pitch. She has black hair, fixed into pigtails at the back. Her eyes are grey. Naoko's clothing are tattered and torn, she wears a short, and warmers on her arms and legs.

She is commented on as being cute; most are surprised to find her in Pitch's presense.

Personality:

Naoko is sweet, kind and understanding. She is seemingly able to understand the intent of others, having a good sense of what lies under the tone of ones voice; ex. she understood Pitch to be a good character despite his crude and demeaning tone.

Naoko, do to her age and status, looks to others for her well-being alot of the time. Mostly, she looks to Pitch who is like a big brother to her. She cam however manage for herself, if barely.

Though life has been hard, much like Pitch she has grown into a good person with a good morals to their character.

History:

Naoko grew up parentless and for most of her life a ward of the state. She lived in an orphanage for most of her life but when it was designated to be torn down and a factory erected in its place, she was cast out onto the streets.

For about a years she scavenged the alleys and begged. Time were hard and l ife was harsh but she survived.

Her meeting with Pitch came when she was six; she was outside a candy store looking in.

Pitch, who was wise with his money and very calculative, decided to spare himself a treat. On his way in he noted Naoko; she remained quite.

He scoffered at her but she stood quiet. He went on his way, came out and perhaps out of pity or with a good heart, he put into her hand a small peice of candy.

The rest of the story is hazy; some say she followed Pitch and so began a friendship, while others shrug and comment on not knowing either.

Ever since though, both have been quite close. Life has been much easier for both; and while Naoko has developed this peaceful love for the future, Pitch can only dread her name going into the reaping.

[] Hope its all right to post a second character so soon; I mentioned her in Pitch's profile and though it would be nice to set up her character as well.

Funny thing is, she seems sorta like another Prim or Rue, but I've had this character developed, not for the RP though, for some time now []
