Name: Lucas Prizemni
Age: 39
Gender: Male
District: One
Appearance:
The tall man has dark hair that is kept well-trimmed, and little to no facial hair. He has light eyes that appear to look into you deeper than most feel comfortable with. Lucas also is rather well-built, with a very muscular body and athletic frame. His nose is a bit smaller than usual, and his eyebrows are quite thick. He also has many scars across his body from training, as well as one across his stomach from a life-saving surgery that he had to get at age six.
Lucas doesn’t dress sloppily, but he also wouldn’t be one to be considered over-dressed. He likes casual clothing, but also knows how to dress when he needs to look nice. His typical clothing choice when he’s in his training center that he runs is usually a pair of shorts and a skin-tight t-shirt. Due to all the athletic activity he does, he’s rather strong. He also has very good endurance from long periods of working out at once.
Personality:
As someone who’s always been rather devoted to his work, Lucas is a very determined individual. He doesn’t give up in most circumstances, even if it means that he’s likely to fail. Although, the man is not often found helping others outside of his training facility. He mostly focuses on doing his own work, and is often seen as a bit selfish. As someone who values his money rather highly, he is also rather greedy, not willing to spend too much of it on those outside of his family.
Anger is something that sometimes takes over Lucas. If something begins to frustrate him, and his devoted act of trying over and over again doesn’t seem to work, he will often get very irritated. This may cause him to go use weapons or the punching bags in the training facility. Even though he has no reason to train at this age, he still does it to stay in shape, as he doesn’t want to lose the career skills he has from when he was younger and used to train for the Games. Lucas is someone who is very concerned about how he comes off to other people, so he tries to keep the best reputation he can, even if he isn’t always the best at it.
Mr. Prizemni isn’t really the type of person to look for new romance. He had married a woman who is now no longer alive, but doesn’t plan on remarrying now that she’s gone. Lucas loves being social, and it’s not uncommon for him to go out to have a few drinks once in awhile. Luckily, he hasn’t developed any sort of drinking addiction, at least as of yet. The man feels that if he were to drink too much, it would interfere with his social life and his ability to stay physically fit.
History:
Lucas grew up in a rather wealthy family. His parents spoiled him, and he was heavily into career training as a child. Unfortunately, to his disappointment, he never had the opportunity to be in the Hunger Games and test those skills. Now, he runs his own career training facility, mostly outdoors, for other people in the District to train themselves, and perhaps have the opportunity to use those skills. He’s made quite a bit of money off of this, resulting in his family being rather well off. Unfortunately, though, he is often criticized for spending so much money on keeping his facility up and running, rather than focusing more on his family.
As a child, Lucas was rather popular. His friend group mostly consisted of other fellow careers in training, and he spent most of his time with them. Eventually, when he was eighteen years old, he met his soon-to-be wife. They married when he was twenty, and had their first children, two twin girls, when he was twenty one. Unfortunately, not too long after, when the girls were eight years old, he lost his wife. Now, he raises his two daughters and one son on his own.
The main reason that Lucas never volunteered for the Hunger Games as a child was, in his early years, from about ages twelve to fifteen, that he was rather sick. He had to take medication every night to keep himself well, and would likely have died without it if he were in the Games. It’s unknown to this point as to what the condition was exactly, despite them having found medication that seemed to make it better. Shortly after he turned sixteen, this condition appeared to have gone away, but the boy still didn’t get the chance to go into the Games, due to other volunteers. Now, he wishes that that illness had never afflicted him so he could have gone into the Games when he was younger. Although, had he gone in and not won, he wouldn’t have his family today, which he is very grateful to have.
