District Four Male of the 75th Hunger Games
Frequent falsities fickle by nature flick like floating embers sparking series of conversations throughout the Center. Circles murmur of many promises to be purged and hopes to be drowned beneath a sea of blood. Yet from these falsities falls a term forceful and frightful, alliances. Like children on a playground they pick one another wishing that their team would be the one to win the kickball tournament. However this is no play ground and there is no ball to kick, instead there was blood to be shed and circles of soon to be serial killers to join. This place made the kickball court seem like a sorrowful mess.
From my secluded station among threads of thin and thick widths I watch with wishful eyes for someone's ember to spark my fire. However, unlike the frantic flurries which scurry like mice along the floor I'm not looking for an alliance right now. Instead while my sister's watchful eyes are strained on another station I seek someone who sends shivers through my spine. Someone who makes my sensations surge with exhilaration. Someone like... him.
In his own side of the weapon woven house of hells I spot a most seductive spirit with hair as blonde as my own. While I walk along the walls of white his name whispers over and over through my ears. O'Hara... Lucas O'Hara of District Nine. Even his name makes my spine shudder with excitement. Then before I know it like a shadow I am by his side and my words slide smoothly from my lips.
"You know, for a second I thought your last name was O'Hana like my own, but then I remembered District Four isn't home to anyone as attractive as you. Aside from Leon Krigel that is, Ripred knows I wouldn't mind getting to know him as well as Gamemaker Kinkade. Anyway excuse me for coming off strong but I don't believe in formalities. Everything is always so much quicker when we are straight forward, saves time that way."
LIGHTNING O'HANA
