Father: Cyprus Grove, 52, Politician. Looks younger than he actually is, with light brown hair swept upwards into a quiff and clever blue eyes. His relationship with Euodia is very tight, filled with admiration and friendly debates. He's a manipulative fellow, good at persuading others, but truthful, kind and loving to the people he is close with, and doesn't deem as threats to him. He ran for mayor before, but he lost in a huge rout.
Mother: Acacia Grove, 54, Newspaper Writer. She has dirty blonde hair with streaks of white in it due to her age and the stress of her job. Euodia and her aren't as close as her father and herself, but they have a nice relationship going. Acacia is poised and graceful, and more eloquent than the bluntness of debate.
"Enemy": Cassia Bark, 17, Ex-Friend of Euodia. She has light brown wavy hair and brown eyes. Cassia is a super bright and bubbly person, but no longer to Euodia. A few months ago, they were the best of friends. But two weeks later, Cassia began to feel personally insulted: Euodia would argue with her every chance she got, not realizing how uncomfortable Cassia was. Then, Cassia started to ignore her, and easily became one of the "popular" girls at school.
Real Enemy: Pansy Lafe, 15, Debate Rival. She's extremely stuck up and judgy, especially of Euodia. They met through debate at school, and Pansy was easily one of the best. But she's younger and less experienced, so Euodia usually wins the school debates against her although they do some very close. She has dark brown hair and grey eyes, and drop dead gorgeous.
Friend: Relano Bhus, 18, "Boyfriend" and tree-breeder. He's not a real boyfriend, and they're more close friends-wise than romantically, although they, mainly Relano, jokes around much that they are dating, but everyone knows that it's fake. He's easy going, tolerable, and funny. His father is one of her father's good friends, so they grew up together. He's 5'9", and weighs about 150 lbs. The only reason why he and Euodia get along is that they've gotten used to each other, and have basically the same political beliefs and are almost mirroring images of each other.
Strengths: Being a debater, Euodia knows a lot about politics, is mature, good at conveying her words, competitive, adaptable, and tactical.
Weaknesses: However, she's very stubborn, not mentally flexible, and doesn't know when to stop- she can restrain herself before she starts her debate/rant, but if she doesn't, she can't stop, along with being detached, bad at keeping friends, a little bit full of herself, and imperceptive when it comes to other people.
Myers-Briggs: Euodia is an ENTP/ESTP, depending on the day.
(Right, so I wasn't sure if I was supposed to include friends/family and all that other stuff I included, but I decided to, because there was a lot of stuff on her personality and backstory pertaining to her family and friends.
Also, just a quick question~ I see a lot of forms that have "WIP" in the title; what does that mean? And also, there are some OCs that don't follow the form format, just curious, but may I do that as well with future OCs?)

Euodia has slightly wavy brown hair that reaches down to her shoulder blades. It's usually tied up in a ponytail or bun on the weekdays, when she has school, but left down on the weekends. She stands at 5'6" and weighs 125 pounds, with a dancer's body type. She has long legs and arms, along with a poised and graceful stance. She's lightly tanned from being in District 7, even though most of her time is spent indoors, although she does work in the lumberyard a little. Euodia has a tiny scar on her right arm from where she cut herself sharpening an axe, as she wasn't paying attention to the matter at hand like she may do sometimes, and focusing on possible debate arguments instead.
Personality:
Euodia loves a good argument. It's not that she's hotheaded. It's just that she loves to debate with anyone, from her parents to friends, to a random stranger on the street. She's not the type of person who will get really emotional when debating, however. She's mastered the act of debating while being passionate yet not being overly so. Regularly, she is a friendly and extroverted person, but she's not the least bit shy to state her own opinions, which can lead to some fights and confrontation, which she will do anything but back away from.
She's a pretty low-key person if one has never encountered her before, but has a reputation for being unlikable. On the occasions that she slips up, she acknowledges it gracefully yet somehow still staying true to her own beliefs, not backing down. She's stubborn, and the exact opposite of a pushover, yet that can either work in her favor- like in debate, or backfire- like in friendships. Often, her "friends" decide that she's too detached, or too stubborn. They also feel like she is constantly head-butting with their own beliefs and will detach from her.
Euodia just doesn't know when to back off. She can be extremely tactical when needed, however, and is pretty adaptable, adapting her debate strategies to running races and such. She is super competitive, but knows it when she loses. Although sometimes she does through the 5 stages of shock: shock, denial, arguing, bargaining, she will always get to the final step of acceptance. Naturally, she is very persuasive, due to her debating experience and family.
History:
She started debating when she was twelve. Her father was running for the spot of mayor, and she picked up some strategies and lessons from his own debate lessons. Unfortunately, he lost, but Euodia kept practicing debate, falling in love with it even more. Her mother was a passionate Capitol supporter, and her father was as well, so she was raised supporting the Capitol, and is still a very strong Capitol supporter now. Over the time, and because her father is a politician, she has become very manipulative and persuasive.
