Swarm Mechanic

Each tribute has 100 Stamina. Every round, they must roll range="5-25" to see how much Stamina they spend clearing obstacles and escaping the Swarm. They must remain over a certain amount of Stamina to avoid being overwhelmed by the Swarm. They can also do the following:

- roll a secondary Stamina roll to aid one other tribute for that round. The other tribute gets [3/4 * second roll] (rounded up) added back to their stamina. (The helping tribute spends the full second roll.)
- roll a secondary Stamina roll to impede one other tribute for that round. The other tribute gets [3/4 * second roll] (rounded up) subtracted from their stamina. (The impeding tribute spends the full second roll.)
- roll a secondary Stamina roll to attack another tribute for that round. The other tribute takes the damage from that attack. (The impeding tribute spends the full second roll)

The tribute at the back of the pack each round will take two attacks from the Swarm (knife for Nakom, blunt for Spider Elephant)

Rolls:
Primary stamina roll (everyone, every round): range="5-25"
Secondary stamina roll (optional, see above): range="5-15"

The first death occurs at 60. After each round that contains a death, the target stamina is decreased by 20. When the target stamina reaches zero (at the end of the round) then the swarm will subside.

You may use your accuracy reroll on the following:
Primary stamina rolls of 22, 23, 24, 25
Secondary stamina rolls of 14, 15
missed attack rolls as usual


EXAMPLE:

Sundra, Sawyer, Aesop, Alexander, and Mace are fleeing from an avalanche (Swarm).

- Sundra rolls 12 for her primary stamina roll. Her current stamina is now 88.
- Sawyer rolls 6 for his primary stamina roll. His current stamina is now 94.
- Aesop rolls 21 for his primary stamina roll. His current stamina is now 79.
- Alexander rolls 24 for her primary stamina roll. Her current stamina is now 76.
- Mace rolls 6 for his primary stamina roll. His current stamina is now 94.

The round ends. Nobody has Stamina <= 60, so nobody dies. Alexander has the lowest Stamina, so she takes two attacks from avalanche debris.

- Sundra rolls 25 for her primary stamina roll. Her current stamina is now 64.
- Sawyer rolls 10 for his primary stamina roll. His current stamina is now 84. He rolls a secondary stamina roll to push Sundra and gets a 6. His current Stamina is now 78. Sundra's stamina is now 59. (64 - (6 * 0.75), rounded up)
- Aesop rolls 5 for his primary stamina roll. His current stamina is now 74. He rolls a secondary stamina roll to help Sundra and gets a 15. His current stamina is now 59. Sundra's stamina is now 71. (59 + (15 * 0.75), rounded up)
- Alexander rolls 18 for her primary stamina roll. Her current stamina is now 58.
- Mace rolls 8 for his primary stamina roll. His current stamina is now 86. He rolls a secondary stamina roll to help Alexander and gets an 8. His current stamina is now 78. Alexander's stamina is now 64. (58 + (8 * 0.75))

The round ends. Aesop's stamina is 59, which is <= 60, so he is engulfed by the avalanche and is killed. The new target stamina becomes 40. Of the living tributes, Alexander has the lowest Stamina, so she takes two attacks from avalanche debris.

The living tributes continue rolling until the target stamina is 0.

Update: In this instance only - in the event that more than half the tributes die in a given swarm (7 tributes), that swarm will automatically subside, regardless of its current stamina threshold.
