PROPOSAL OF EVENT

Beautifully designed Posters flood from Kirito's office of management with a single date, an invitation.

All are welcome to District Eleven's One Day Citizens Festival and Ball. Using Mr. Miristioma's idea he has chosen to transform the town square into a dance floor with stands filling the surrounding streets. Who will fill them? You! As the people of District Eleven we welcome you to bring a dish you and your family make so that you may share it with your fellow citizens. Not only is this a way of sharing our individual culture but a way of feeding those who normally cannot be fed. Of course the bringing of such dishes is optional. As for the dancing Mr. Miristioma has also welcomed his past stylist and their team to the District so that for free on this night those who wish can be sized and fitted into gorgeous gowns or tuxes. Last of all any young artists are also encouraged to show off their work either at the stands or on the stage creating the music. This is a day for District Eleven, a day to love our culture and yet also a day forget our troubling state and know what it feels like to have hunger and pain be the least of your worries.
