Life is fun. It's fun going around laughing, cracking jokes, trying to lighten up tense situations. It makes it enjoyable to me. I love making people laugh because it changes people. I want to turn something dark into something bright with a light that never ends. Sometimes I've gone through that dark path, but I know that I need to smile in the end. It's my life, and I want other people to realize that. Sometimes I may act a little childish with the jokes I share, but it's how I am and nothing will change it.

But don't let that confuse you. I'm very competitive when it comes to playing games and doing things in life. I love winning, but I understand that sometimes I have to lose. Not everyone can win. Sometimes it causes me to make rash and thoughtless decisions, but I try not to worry about things that I can't control. A lot of times, I put the interest of my family ahead of my own. If someone is in trouble, and I know showing up will make the situation worse, I try to avoid it. Sometimes it's just best off that way. Avoiding conflict and trusting those I love and care for.

Things have changed in my life, though. I'll never forget the day I was out in the beach swimming and something grabbed my leg pulling me under. If it wasn't for my family being there helping me like I have helped them, I probably would be dead. I still have the gruesome scars that cover my arms, legs, and torso from the shark attack. But I'm thankful I'm alive because of my family, and the healers who happened to know exactly how to save me.
