I know your dying to meet me, but let me just tell you this, that as soon as you meet me, youll wish that you never did.  I stayed a night out at paris where they dont know my name, and I got into trouble with that drink in my veins I dont like parties cause its loud in my brain, and Ill never say sorry cause I wont take the blame.     ---------------------------------------------------

Caesi needed some alone time away from the people that she cared about. She loved her family, she truly did, but they were sometimes, a little too much. Something about the way they treated her never felt comforting. She never felt like she belonged, and so, she would always find somewhere else to be. She went around the district, mapping the area and memorizing places that she could go when she wanted to get away for a little bit. Of course, there weren’t many places in a small district like six, but she knew that she could hide in one for long enough if she wanted too. Caesi was good at taking care of herself, that was probably the only thing she thought she was good at after all.

So she was by the district boundaries, book in her lap, trying to get a little bit more medical knowledge in her even though she knew that she wasn’t ever going to be able to touch anything more than a light pain killer. People told her that they were afraid that she might be the one to fuck everything else, and the sad part about it was, she believed it.

It was just one of those days anyway, where she wanted to be alone for a while. She wasn’t too far from home, but she was in a spot that no one knew about, maybe except for Franc because he was good with tracking people down who didn’t want to be found. This was good a time as any to just get out of the house and think about things. She found solace in her loneliness only because that was all she really ever knew now a days. How to be lonely. How to be alone. It was rather sad. Honestly.

I felt like today needed to be a "me" day. Just me, myself, and I. I really never take a "me" day off, but once in a while, I need one. The district boundaries is the place I decided to go for my "me" day. It is secluded, and people rarely even go to that area of the district. Most of them are afraid of getting caught by the peacekeepers. I head out to the edge around noon. I savored the walk there. The rustling of the tree leaves, the crackling of sticks under my feet, the sway of the bushes as the wind brushes past them. I love it. It calms me down.

I see the fence in the distance. I could make out the outline of my favorite rock. I look to the right, to see my favorite tree, but instead I saw the outline of a person. 

I don't hate people, but I just hate when they do stuff I don't like. Like ruining my "me" day by taking my area! I angrily walk up to the person, finding out it is a girl as I approach.

I growl at her, and say to her in my regular tone, or the rude one, there the same.

"Could you please move somewhere else, it's my "me" day, and no offense, I don't want you in my "me" day"

Caesi was lost in her book, for once actually, trying to learn about how to make a homeopathic form of painkiller. Of course, this required the knowledge of knowing what went into a painkiller. No one really told caesi anything because they didn’t want her to be blowing up the district like her father did. She knew that she could be careful, but people didn’t let her try, so she would never get the chance. Sadly.

As she was about to flip the page, she heard someone coming up to her. She was confused, as she knew that Franc couldn’t have already found her. It should have taken him at least another hour or so. She sighed as she looked up to see another girl who seemed like she was irritated over something. Caesi was confused.

Then she opened her mouth.

Of course, Caesi usually would have took this moment to gather her things and simply walk away from the situation because that was what was kind of expected of her. However, she really wasn’t in the mood to get up. She was comfortable, and she was enjoying the silence. That was until the girl in question walked up to her and ruined it for her.

“Could you lower your voice a bit? Theres no reason to yell.” Caesi started, turning the page to her book, unphased. “But I’m not moving.” She said. “We could share it if you want.”.

The girl seemed nice, but nice won't make it in this world. I have decided to give her my own wake up call. I was still mad that she had stolen my "me" day from me, but I still want to give her a wake up call, hopefully I'll be mean enough and that will clear my head. 

"Listen up lady, this is my spot, and I will talk as loud as I want." I take a step toward her, and continue, "Sharing is for people who can't afford to have stuff by themselves. And I can afford to have stuff by myself, obviously you can't, go find someone else who wants to share something with you, because I DON'T!"

For a second, I thought maybe I was too rude to her. And I rarely feel that, but I already said it, and it's the truth. 

"Now get out of my spot."

Caesi wasn’t fazed. She was resilient in every way that she could be. She had heard worse from other people that were more important. Obviously this one had a bit more bite to her, and to be honest, Caesi was kind of enjoying that. Someone who wanted to fight for something as trivial as a spot on the ground meant that she had a lot more going on in her world then she wanted to let on. That was fine, Caesi could relate to that.

“No.”

Caesi said, looking up from her book for a second before letting her eyes fall back down on the page. Why should she care? There was literally a mile of free spaces between them and she had to have this one? Caesi let out a small chuckle, thinking about humoring the girl who was getting heated over something trivial.

“Oh, I can afford to not share things either. However, there are a million other spots here. What’s so special about this one. Please, tell me. This should be good.”

Caesi could be rude. When she wanted. It wasn’t often when she was, but she knew that she needed to have a little bit more backbone anyway.

She placed a finger on her book, looking up at the girl, waiting to hear a reason why she should get up.

She is starting to piss me off. I was lenient before, but if she wants to get smart with me, I'll go all Fromenta realness on her ass. How dare she say no to me. I have to admit she has balls, but also a very stupid whatever logic she is using. 

"You don't say no to me. And why you should move is pretty obvious. It is my "me" day and your kind of being selfish for not moving. And why can't you move, isn't there a million other spots. Your literally digging your own grave, and this spot is so special because of that tree, that I have grown to be attached to!"

That should do it. I hope she does move. I really hope she is not dumb enough to stay here, her balls will help her in life, but I will mess her shit up if she doesn't move right now.

Caesi was even more confused now. She still couldn’t find a reason to move from the spot that she was in. A “me” day wasn’t good enough reason, seeing as she was already comfortable where she sat. However, from the inflection of her voice, she could tell that maybe she did have a connection to the tree that she was sitting under. Of course, Caesi didn’t, she just chose this spot because it looked like it was hidden enough from people to see her. Other than that, Caesi’s will to stay in this spot shouldn’t have been as strong as it was. She could at least realize that.

“A ‘me’ day? Really? That is what we are going with.” She started, closing the book in her hand instead of trying to go back to reading. She was intrigued. “Tell me, what does a me day entail?” She asked, curious now, a trait that she picked up from Lithe. “Did you need to talk about something?” Caesi was confused. The idea of a “me” day was out of her grasp. “Here.” She scooted over a little so there was enough room for both of them to sit under the tree but still not be out of the district bounds. “You can calm down. I’m all ears. If you want.” She said, trying to mediate the situation a little bit. There was no need to fight. “I’m too comfortable to move anymore though, so that’s where I’m at. How about you?” She was honest. She still wasn’t going to move, but she was willing to listen.

Does the girl really not know what a "me" day is. Has she never wanted to be by herself by a whole day. If she hasn't she is one weird chick. 

"You seriously do not know what a 'me' day is?" 

She scooted over a little, and then there was enough room under the tree for the both of them. It is my tree, and she isn't the worst person I have met. I think she wants me to talk to her about why the tree is so special to me. I guess I can give an hour off my "me" day to talk to this girl.

I sit next to the girl, the leaves that I sit on giving off the noise of be broken. The sound soothing me.

"Where do you want me to start?"

Caesi was probably out of her mind, but she didn’t really care. She was happy where she was, and she wasn’t going to let anyone, not even her brothers move her from her spot. Of course, she could have moved. She could have made her way across the way to go somewhere else. There were plenty of spots around this area that were isolated enough, but none of them had this tree that covered it so well. In that regard, she could relate to the girl in question. This was a great spot to be in. Hence why she wasn’t leaving.

However, she seemed to have calm down when she heard that Caesi didn’t know what a “me” day was. Now as smart as Caesi was, the term never really came up for her because she was always trying to take care of Rubi. She never really got alone time. So it was safe to say that while she could assume what a “me” day was, she didn’t.

“What I figure it is, is when you want to be alone for an extended period of time to just think about life, but, I don’t get that luxury with three brothers and a doting mother.” Caesi was honest In her words, and quick to the punch. Its probably why she scooted over enough to let them both sit at the tree, because obviously there was more to a “me” day.

She seemed to calm down, and then asked her where to start.

“Wherever you feel comfortable. I got all day.” She smiled, knowing that she really didn’t, but she would give as much time to the girl as she could. It sounded like she needed it.
