He waits, he watches - Youngest Tribute on Day One

At the end of the first night, the youngest tribute will see a faceless pale figure lurking in the distance, somehow watching no eyes. Its limbs are stretched, perhaps standing taller than any person you've ever met. It stands motionless until you blink, and then it vanishes. Was it an illusion?
From this point on, said tribute will continue to see visions of this figure (at your discretion). The visions will not end until the tribute dies, and then the curse will be passed on to the tribute's killer.
