Six days ago, I stumbled through one of the astral tubes in my house that I had long since forgotten about. It was my very first painting. We all start somewhere, and I started here, with you. You’ve come a long way since I drew you into existence all those millennia ago. And look at all you’ve managed to create and do! Such wonderful things. I’m proud of the progress you’ve made. You really did a wonderful job. While you might have stumbled on one foot along the way, or gotten hundreds of tiny little cuts as life took its toll, you always managed to find the good. It’s like I told you before; you have to have some darkness to better see the light, and I see the light in you. So now, here we are, friends. We’re at the end of our journey together for the time being.

Don't be too sad, though. We've got a lot more painting to do together, you and I. We've got to make some fluffy birds up in the sky, and some gentle moss. We've got to use even more unconventional paintbrushes to make more beautiful paintings. We've got to paint the joy into the world. Our story isn't done just yet.
