Ratmas Day 12: Return of Ms/Mr Capitol Pageant

Do you think you have what it takes to be THE NEXT face of the Capitol?

Then you should apply to the inaugural Ms/Mr Capitol Pageant! It's the Hunger Games of the Capitol! We are looking for one new darling of any gender and any age to represent our beloved city. The crowned Ms/Mr Capitol will not only win $3000, but sign a modeling contract with Glam-Bam Agency, be the face of MuttMunchies, and have a chance to meet a celebrity of their choice! Wowee!

There are three parts to this event: freestyle design, talent, and interview.

In the Freestyle Design portion of the pageant, you are to describe a desgined outfit for your character! You don't have to worry about having drawing or master photoshopping skills for this portion, though if you would like to give the judges a visual, that is welcome. Be detailed! Be creative! Be bold!

Of course, what is a pageant if your character has no talent? Show it off! Give the judges a good reason why your character is without a doubt the most interesting and original person in all of Panem. But make sure that you follow the rules of logic.

For the final phase, interview-style questions will be asked to test each contender's eloquence. Be prepared for anything, and don't forget to charm the crowd with a wink or two! Most importantly, don't slip up!
