I grew up loving fashion, although I think that it should be mandatory for anyone living in the Capitol to at least appreciate it. Perhaps that's why I ended up becoming a fashion correspondent. I can interview people about the latest trends all the while trying them out myself. Even if I'm not supposed to, I occasionally put in my own input on the varying fashion-related topics as well. Luckily, the boss doesn't seem to mind too much, as I do a sufficient enough job with the rest of my work.
My parents were always supportive of my work, up until their passing. They even helped me get myself into the public eye to begin with. Now, I'm very well-known by those who keep up with the 'ALL-CAPS' podcast and radio show. Even if they don't get to see my beautiful looks on there, my voice is known enough that people will sometimes even stop me when they hear me speak, knowing who I am and sometimes even asking for an autograph. Although, I do wish it were more of a frequent thing- I'm not recognized as often as I would like. Regardless, there's nothing I can truly do to fix that quite yet.
I'd consider myself to be quite fashionable, too. I wear outfits of varying types and colors, often rocking a colorful wig to go along with whatever the day's style is. My natural hair color is black, but people rarely ever see it, just like they rarely ever see the stretch marks that remain on my body from when I was pregnant with my daughter. Unfortunately, anyone seeing those stretch marks are seeing one part of my body that I don't like to reveal. I suppose that's why I hide the scarring on my back from the surgeries I've had, too. I like to think of myself as as beautiful as possible. Maybe I'm overconfident, but I don't really care.
