Mizell's hands moved the wheelchair in the direction of the peacekeeper, not to approach him personally, but to get by him without any trouble. Something about wheelchairs causes people to move without asking but the keeper only stands in his way. "Can I help you, sir?" Mizell's voice was toned with confidence as he laid his hands into his lap, showing the aggrivation just slightly. "It's hard to get going again once I've stopped. Hopefully, you'll give me a little push?"

A question later, his eyes light up. "Oh, so it's business you wanna talk. Listen, I'm not a very political person. I can tie a knot and set a trap like any other politician, but I've watched this guy like a hawk, I'm just a little grounded at the moment." Mizell gestures to his wheelchair.

"However, he seems well versed and educated as we all are, or should be, in this district. He's got a cool intellect that most people usually only waste on their muscles. So, basically what I'm saying is that his wit is as sharp as the swords he trains with. Now, do me a favor, can you give push me in the right direction or just step aside. I have somewhere to be. My wife is in labor."
