♦ Sanctuary: Bolstered by unfathomable technologies created by a shadowy government, the nation of Sanctuary is a safe haven built for the purpose of shielding humanity from knowledge of the horrors that lie both outside and within their walls.

Your sanctuary is not ours: your people would ignore us, your laws would deprive us.
But we will not sink into the earth, and it is you, who would wipe us from the cities, who will witness our wrath; and it is you, who would see us rot and suffer, whose hands will be tied, and who shall stand where once we had fallen.
