Appearance:
Rhea is a short girl standing at about 5^2, she’s got bright green eyes and long perfectly straight hair. She is practically weightless with fairly little meat on her bones. She’s a pretty girl, with a light airy voice. She has few scars and bruises on her skin from trying to mimic her older brother Tesla with climbing trees and attempting to race other kids in her district for fun.
She is often seen with her hair up in a messy bun, or braided off her shoulder in a fish tail braid. She is usually seen wearing either a fitted dress or jeans and a tank top, with a light sweater. She has a cut on her plump lower lip from falling from a tree when she was trying to copy her brother in climbing one.
She weighs nearly nothing being only 90lbs, she's a pretty girl and often attracts quite a bit of unwanted attention from older boys and peacekeepers. However she often just hides behind her brother in an attempt to get them to leave her alone. For the most part this works for her and people tend to back off, as her brother isn't the most inviting looking person.
Personality:
Rhea is a quiet girl, and often keeps to herself and is known for being shy. She has very few friends, though the ones she does have are often scared off by her protective older brother. However once she does make friends she is known to be fairly bubbly and playful. She loves to explore and learn new things, and is often finding herself getting into trouble. Though nothing serious enough to be noticed by peacekeepers.
She often gets in trouble by climbing things and getting into places she is not supposed to be in; private sectors and such. Or by drawing her art on the walls of the more derelict buildings in the district. She loves painting and creating art, and loves creating something out of absolutely nothings. She also enjoys to cook, as it's something she does with her mother every day and it's something she's grown to love.
She's kind hearted, sweet and loves to help others. She's not particularly good at anything that her district is known for, though she does love to draw and paint. She follows her brothers and sisters around a lot and is often seen as the annoying little sister, when in reality it;s just where she feels safest. She typically feels safest with family because they are familiar to her.
She is fairly likely to trust the wrong people, and it is a thing that often gets her into trouble and puts her into harm's way. As she has trouble seeing the worst in anyone and thinks their all redeemable. Rhea is very naive in that regard, in regards to the games it's this sort of nativity that would see her killed of betrayed. Even with this naive nature she is rather mature for being only 15.
History:
She grew up not knowing much or anything about her father as he died shortly after she was born. She has three older sisters, who are 34, 28 and 20 and an older brother Tesla who is 17. Two of her sisters are married and she sees fairly little of them not that they are busy with their own families. Her and her brother are the only two left in the family eligible for the games.
She is often found roaming around with her brother or helping her mother. She's often cleaning the family home or helping with the daily tasks with getting food and making meals for her the three of them still in the home. She typically wakes up, cleans up, goes to classes and than makes time for herself to explore as much as she can, without going past the boundaries of the district.
She has a few close friends and obviously the typical crush on the cute boy in her class, though the crush means nothing to her in the end as she finds it hard to connect to boys her age like that. It's more or less that she thinks they are cute and she would never act on such feelings, that and her brother often scares them off. She has a hard time making healthy relationships with boys/men because she really has no father figure in her life to show her what one looks like, and her brother only being two years older than her, he's not exactly the best role model for relationships.
She never really grieved for her father as she was so young when he had passed away. She knows her mother still cries softly about it every night when she sleeps. She's never asked her brother about it though she can tells it weighs on him a small bit. In regards to her sisters, she rarely sees them due to her being so much younger than them and they have for the most part chosen to spend their time with their own little families.
She does know she has two young nephews that are two and three years old, and a niece to her other sister who is less than a year. When she does spend time with her sister's she's often just taking care of the small children which has caused her to distance herself from her sisters. As she herself is still a child and needs someone to look after her.
