[glow=red,2,300][shadow=red,left,300]The Untouchables[/shadow][/glow]
The Untouchables are the self-proclaimed toughest gang in District One. They are frequently seen robbing banks, fighting other gangs, or just terrorizing people in general. To join, you've got to have one of two things: Extreme Brawn, or Extreme Brains.
Most members work on the front line, doing the things I mentioned earlier. But a select few work in the labs, lead by Donovan Gould. More on the Goulds later. In the labs, they create new and more terrifying weaponry, to assist those on the front-line.
Of course, the gang couldn't function without one family. The Goulds. The youngest, Dante, is probably the figure-head of the operation, doing things no other would dare to even try.
Then comes the middle child, Donovan. As I said earlier, he is in charge of the lab. He has made some incredible things, including Dante's talking car, and the thing he is most proud of, B.R.A.D., a huge walking death-machine.
And finally, the oldest brother, Alex. He is the commander of the whole gang, and quite an accomplished fighter.
Now, they're just the tip of the iceberg. There are so many other incredible members, such as:
Mittens Lyon - Born in District 1 and raised there. Lived a basically normal life, and it was, thus, boring as sin. Desperate for a change of pace, she accepted the invite into the Untouchables. Her two older brothers, both geeks in their own right, work under her boyfriend, Donovan, in the lab. She specializes in stealth and undercover missions, which often puts her at odds with the tanks called Alex and Dante Gould, and the in-your-face Kelly Sisters. All her friends are in the Untouchables.
Her best friend is a lab tech, Beryl Bishop. They've been friends since the playpen. While she loves epsionage, she's very weird and acts strange, even in public, and has a seemingly random stream of thoughts that betrays far-reaching logical thinking that she learned from her cop father. i.e., when seeing a lion, she says, "Simba, I am your father." quote James Earl Jones, who voiced both Mufasa and Darth Vader, and explains multiple personality disorder by referencing The Flying Nun, who's lead played the main character in Sybil, who was similarly affected by the mental disorder.
She loves oranges and pineapples (but has a "distaste" for pointy objects), is unable to put her phone on vibrate, even if she's doing a job at the time, loves Ewan McGregor, makes comments on other people's hair, and has an endless repitore of bizzare insults, such as "Don't be a gooey chocolate chip cookie!"
Jason Black:
Jason was the son of a District 2 crime lord, Harvey Black. Harvey taught Jason the fine arts of breaking the law: picking locks, moving unseen, lying under interrogation, etc. It was also by his father that Jason learned "The Black Arts", which was a martial art style similar to wushu, known only to the Black family.
Then, when Jason was 16, his father was caught by the Peacekeepers and executed by firing squad. Grief-stricken, Jason fled to District 1, where he picked pockets and robbed stores to make a living. It was there that he became involved with The Untouchables, one of the many local gangs. Jason immediately joined, and he is part of that group to this day.
Jason is a very nice person...nice by gangster standards, that is. By a normal person's standards he is one of the most rude and eccentric people in Panem. Despite his prowess at stealth, Jason has a hard time controlling his mouth, which often goes off at the wrong time.
Jason usually prefers to do criminal missions unarmed, using only The Black Arts, but will sometimes accept small weapons, such as daggers or pistols.
Dorian Scofield: As a cunning and persuasive mastermind, Dorian is among the best thieves in the world. His extremely talented skill comes from his experience from living in the sewers 5 years prior to when he met the Goulds. Dorian is quite the mastermind, but his Achille's Heel is strongly revolved around his gambling habits and his narcissistic self. He joined when he met with Alex in an alley. Without doubt, this man is possibly the greatest villainous prodigy in all of Panem.
Wes Hopper- A little known member of the Untouchables, and for good reason. He is by no means a fighter, and instead is the gang entertainer. He can play almost any instrument known to man, and his singing isn't bad either. Lately Alex has put him into some field work with Donovan to get more use out of him, with mixed results.
So, that's all you need to know. You still think you're good enough? We'll see.

Updated, finally, May 21, 2009. I still had Alex as second-in-command, that's how long it's been. Edited in our newest member, Dorian, played by Quint, and took out some completely inactive characters. Oh, and look on page two for the anthem. Thanks to Haymitch for making that. Unk has some rather devious sounding idea for an RP with me and Miller that he says will end badly for the Untouchables, so look forward to that...Also, a reminder to all members to stay active. Some crazy stuff will be happening in the next few weeks, such as the repercussions of my thread with Gory's assassin Kye, as well as the return of Dante, as the Games are being redone. And there is no way Dante is going back in there.
