Hi, I'm Meeka. Well, that's not my real name. But I'm going to go by it on this site. I live in Germany so I shall be online at depressingly quiet times I suppose. I am seventeen years old at this moment, which means that I am in my senior year soon-ish. Which sucks because I am doing the IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Program) It's like the equivalent of college squished into two years in high school. It's murderous and I have no idea why I am doing it again. I am also a nerdfighter. ^^
Anyways.
I love the Hunger Games (well, of course), just finished Catching Fire in a day... which was awfully depressing because then I had nothing to do but worry. I also like the Harry Potter series, the Lord of the Rings, the Hobbit, Noughts & Crosses, the Uglies Series, Inkworld Trilogy (Inkheart, Inkspell, Inkdeath) and The Gemma Doyle Trilogy (A Great and Terrible Beauty, Rebel Angels, The Sweet Far Thing.)
Apparently, I love book series a little too much.
My favorite movies are The Lord of the Rings trilogy (it's the best thing to watch the extended version with friends all night and then go to school. It's like being a zombie.) Then I love the movies Perfume, Titanic, Music and Lyrics, The Notebook, The Dark Knight, The Lion King and the list goes on. My hobbies include writing, reading, singing and doing nothing.
My music style is scattered but I prefer alternative rock. My favorite bands are The Kooks, The Beatles and The Fratellis. I do not like homophobes and Twilight. Otherwise I like pretty much anything. Oh and my fears include the following:
- Wasps/bees (I won't even think about trackerjackers)
- The Grudge
- Edward Cullen
- Mirrors
- German Shepherds
- Being alone
