Tribute Uniforms [4th Games]

This games the tributes are given Roman gladiator costumes identical to last year's: leather tunics, faux body armor (including a non-functional shoulder guard and wrist guard), belt, cape, headband, arm bands, and gladiator sandals. While some items are brand new, others may feel suspiciously secondhand, close examination revealing faint blood stains that didn't quite wash out. All of it is as flimsy as ever.
