Random Event: Top Six

Upon reaching the top six tributes, the shock collars of the mutts in the arena zap each of the animals until they fall unconscious. The audience holds its breath for a moment, waiting to see if — this close to victory, this close to returning home — the remaining tributes will finally turn on each other.

The tributes have the next 24 hour activity cycle to write freely with each other and plot about doubling down on refusing to play the Capitol's game. There will be no posting order for this time frame. Please chat with each other about any and all ideas for this, if you are able! Be considerate of what actions and responses may or may not be IC for each tribute. As always, you are not actually allowed to attack each other, so remaining non-combative with one another is mandatory <3

Upon realizing that the tributes still refuse to turn on each other, the Capitol will release a new round of mutts specifically for this finale. The finale (and turn order) will begin on Tuesday, September 22nd at 12:00PM EST.

Posting order is based on the most recent post of each writer as of the moment of reaching top 6. Each mutt will only attack once per post in the finale; their targets will continue to be randomized. In the event that a mutt writer is unavailable to post, they will simply be skipped. Tributes will be allowed to attack mutts, but are not required to. As before, there is no strategic benefit to attacking mutts — it is purely for IC.
