Kindness is suppose to go a long way. Dispensing happiness is meant to last a lifetime. To be the one who makes another’s smile last an entire day is rewarding but it can be exhausting...
My mom poured her whole heart out for my pa but he simply threw it all back into her face. Now she is doing it for another man. Mistakes are made but really, for a second time? I must accept my mother’s errors, its her way of life. Handing her heart to those who mean to crush it, it is the thing that keeps her sane. The thing that shares the smile on her face.
I have got to keep smiling at the sinners in the world. I cannot live by you give what you receive, or life would simply be miserable. Everyone see’s District Five as a grey place. Though I can see the yellows, the blues and the pinks. It is there. It is everywhere, but nobody is looking for it. Life only highlights the cruelty yet kindness always surrounds it. I have to grab it all and spread it to those blinded by sin.
