It's so nice to be able to talk to someone from another District! I'll be totally honest, when I heard you were from Four, I was a little intimidated, but I'm sure you're pretty manly cool! Sorry about that, I have this habit of calling things 'manly' when I think they're cool or whatever. My mom tells me that I need to stop.

I guess I should tell you a little bit about me! I'm Kiri Red, I'm from District Nine, and it's my dream to save people, like a superhero! I guess I can't really be a superhero, since superpowers probably aren't real, at least from what I've seen, but I want to help people anyway!

Oh! Also, I want to have the strongest muscles. I always want to be tougher than my friends, so I work out. Some people tell me I'm too young to be doing that, but I don't care. It's something I like to do, so I'm gonna do it!

I also love challenging myself. If there's something I can do to make things just a little more difficult, but I can still manage to do them with that little bit of a challenge, I think it's fun. I could be doing my schoolwork and I try to make it more challenging by timing myself on my math problems or something. Although, that doesn't usually go too well, and I end up getting bad grades from rushing myself. I should really slow down sometimes.
